The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is excited to announce the FY 2024 Federal Mentoring Program Application Period is open until 15 December 2023. We encourage your participation this year as a mentor or mentee. We also encourage you to share this with your staff, network, and organization. This mentoring program continues to support efforts to address skill gaps in the EEO community as well as further EEOC’s efforts under Executive Order 14035: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility in the Federal Workforce by providing support to EEO employees from underserved communities.
