A poster created for a base-wide survey directed by the 341st MW Commander. The purpose of this survey was to gather feedback to understand the climate of the base. This anonymous feedback was studied to inform the commander to make changes at an organizational level. The poster emphasizes the QR Code and a simple phrase “Share your Story” to entice the viewer to engage with the QR Code to take the survey.
