Graphic promotes a Fire Prevention Week themed bowling event on Fort Stewart, Georgia. Each October the Fort Stewart-Hunter Army Airfield Fire Emergency Services Fire Prevention Team hosts a variety of activities across the installation in honor of Fire Prevention Week. The 2023 Fire Prevention Week kicked off on Oct. 9, 2023, with a Stop, Drop and Bowl family event at Marne Lanes Bowling Center on Fort Stewart. During the event, youth enjoyed free bowling, a fire truck static display, and a meet and greet with Sparky the Fire Dog. Families also had the opportunity to visit a Fire Emergency Services information table to learn about the importance of the 2023 Fire Prevention Week theme, "Cooking Safety Starts with You. Pay Attention to Fire Prevention." The Stop, Drop, and Bowl graphic was printed and handed out to families at the bowling center and other family-focused garrison facilities across the installation to advertise the event.
