This U.S. Marine Corps publication was created using Adobe InDesign 2021 and Adobe Photoshop 2021 in order to summarize the change of charge ceremony at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Jan. 26, 2024. U.S. Navy Master Chief Charles F. Ziervogel relinquished his duties as the I MEF command master chief to U.S. Navy Master Chief Loren Rucker. This publication was used to guide the change of charge participants through the ceremony to enhance the participants’ understanding and engagement.
