This U.S. Marine Corps publication was created using Adobe InDesign 2021 and Adobe Photoshop 2021 in order to summarize the retirement ceremony of Col. Brian Rideout, I Marine Expeditionary Force chief of staff, at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Oct. 20, 2023. This publication was used to guide the retirement ceremony participants through the event to enhance the participants’ understanding and engagement.
