On July 8, 2024, Primary Care Managers (PCMs) at Byrd Family Medical Home (BFMH) are relocating to Blanchfield Army Community Hospital’s Air Assault Family Medical Home (AAFMH), located inside the C Building of the hospital at 650 Joel Drive, Fort Campbell, KY 42223. All family members currently assigned to a BFMH PCM will also relocate with their PCM.
This realignment allows the Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH) Health System team to adapt its organizational structure to align with Fort Campbell’s medical readiness needs, achieve strategic goals, and enable the delivery of quality care to all patients.
