To visualize and educate flood analytics for the 2024 Missouri River Flood, an infographic was created for use on social media to educate internal and external publics on what happened and how the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, responded to the crises. The graphic tells a story from top to bottom by first showing how the tributaries, east of Gavins Point Dam, Yankton South Dakota fed into the Missouri River followed by statistical graphics as to the response by USACE from dam releases to area responses by land, air, and government efforts.
