The Northwestern Division of the United States Army Corps of Engineers is divided into five districts. The Pop-up banner series has a common layout them while allowing each of the districts to have their own personal aesthetic unique to their geographic location. The banners were designed for the district’s Small Business Programs and to be jointly displayed at 2024 Federal Small Business Conference. Each banner showcases respective mission sets along with photos and graphics relevant to each area. Each district was then compiled into a NOW Division banner that was repurposed beyond the banner display to include program covers and digital media content. The banners were compiled with a combination of Adobe Illustrator and finalized in Adobe Photoshop. (U.S. Army graphic by Josh Plueger).
