The United States Army Corps of Engineer, Omaha District's construction Division has partnered with Turner Construction to build the Non-Kinetics Operations (NKO) campus for the 55th Wing, Offutt AFB. It will house the 55th Operation Group and provide C2 for the many operations the Wing has across the globe. This graphic has a blueprint aesthetic that expands upon an architectural drawing of the campus and is further embellished with line art to complete the building rendering. A custom drawing of the wing's flagship RC-135 Rivet Joint takes off from the runway on the north side of the operations campus. While the bottom of the cover graphic takes from the approved USACE contract.
