Styled in an edgy concert tour aesthetic, the T-shirt combines a sense of camaraderie with a celebration of the milestones achieved during the deployment. Drawing inspiration from AC/DC’s iconic aesthetics—specifically the infamous song “Highway to Hell”—the flames depicted on the shirt humorously allude to the "5th Fleet heat," a period during the deployment when the crew endured the highest temperatures. The front of the T-shirt showcases several aircraft involved in the deployment, emphasizing the significance of flight ops to the mission. The back of the T-shirt mimics the style of band merchandise, replacing concert dates with port calls and notable locations visited during the deployment. The inclusion of “To Be Determined” for the home port, San Diego reflects the numerous extensions and uncertainties the crew were faced with.
