250306-N-IA840-1001 (March 6, 2025) The Navy Reserve U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa/U.S. Sixth Fleet enterprise is comprised of 17 units with over 650 Sailors who support approximately 12 major exercises each year along with providing support to relief roles spanning a wide area of operations (AOO) in Europe and Africa. In fiscal year 2024, NR CNE-CNA/C6F Sailors completed 9,300 days of active-duty training and real world support to the AOO.
