The Exit and Milestone Longitudinal Survey Poster (EMLS) was created in Adobe Photoshop on 27 Sep, 2017, Quantico, VA to distribute throughout the Marine Corps in order to give Marines the opportunity to express which factors cause retainment or discharge from the Marine Corps.
