Banner design created for the 75th Anniversary of D-Day in Normandy, France. The banner was created for use in tourist photos, as a media backdrop, and an overall aesthetic piece on the dropzone area where service members took part in a large scale commemorative airborne operation.
In the middle of the banner is the official 75th D-Day logo. The color scheme used in the logo was continued throughout the banner design. The words "Honoring the past, Securing the future" were used in the design as they represent the overall theme of this year's anniversary celebration. The airborne figures showing in the top corners of the design were used to emphasize the banner's purpose on the dropzone locations.
