Marines from Marine Corps Installations West march into formation during the MCI-West, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton change of command ceremony here Aug. 23. Brig. Gen. Vincent A. Coglianese relinquished authority to Brig. Gen. John Bullard during the ceremony held at the 11 Area parade deck on Camp here. "It is a truly wonderful experience to be back here at Camp Pendleton," said Bullard. "We are going ot keep up the fine traditions that Mary and Vinny have established, and we're going to continue to march forward."
