Arlington National Cemetery is the final resting place for more than 14,000 veterans including unidentified soldiers from the WWI, WWII, Korea and Vietnam. The Tomb of the Unknowns is guarded by the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment headquartered at Fort Myer, Va., at all times. Forty-nine small-unit leaders from the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing traveled to Arlington National Cemetery to witness the changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier during a two-day Committed and Engaged Leadership seminar, in the Washington, D.C. area, Sept. 7.
