Maj. Gen. Charles L. Hudson congratulates food service Marines and master labor contractors Oct. 4 at Bldg. 1223, the Camp Kinser Mess Hall, following their reception of 2013 Marine Corps Installations Pacific Best Mess Hall of the Year award. The award was presented to the Marines and MLCs for an outstanding job performing the day-to-day duties associated with running the mess hall. The mess hall will represent MCIPAC during the 2014 Maj.
