Scott Sayce, a native of Pembroke, Mass., who serves as an infantryman, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, fires his M4 carbine at a paper target during the prone unsupported section of the marksmanship phase of the 4BCT, 10th Mountain Division’s Noncommissioned Officer and Soldier of the Quarter competition on Forward Operating Base Fenty, Oct. 9-11, 2013.
