Tanisha Aiken during the Signal Corps Regimental Noncommissioned Officer Academy (NCOA) "Change of Responsibility" ceremony at McGill Training Center on Fort Meade, Md., October 9, 2013. The passing of the NCO sword is a tradition representing the sacred trust placed in the NCO Corps from one unit leader to the next. Aiken is the outgoing Detachment Branch Chief of the NCOA.
