Sailors place a MK-53 Nulka Decoy Launching System on the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Kitty Hawk as it hangs from an Air Centers Inc. Bell 417 4E helicopter during Rim of the Pacific 2008. The technical cooperation program joint task force of Australians, Canadians, British and Americans are conducting the Anti-Ship Missile Defense Project Arrangement, which investigated advanced anti-ship missile capabilities using the Nulka.
