Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) 3rd Class Adrian Ramilo, from Batangas, Philippines, directs the pilots of an E-2C Hawkeye from the Liberty Bells of Airborne Early Warning Squadron (VAW) 115 on the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73).
