Thirteen Navy-option and two Marine-option Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) midshipmen and staff members from the College of Holy Cross consortium were commissioned at a ceremony here, May 24. Each year thousands of Navy-option, Marine-option NROTC midshipmen, officer candidates and Marine Corps Enlisted Commissioning Education Program (MECEP) students are commissioned into the Navy and Marine Corps at more than 160 colleges and universities around America.
