Gov. Hajji Bahlol, Panjshir's provincial governor, gave the keynote speech at the grand opening of the $237,243, 16 room Obdara high school in Obdara, Anaba District, Panjshir. Bahlol has been the governor in Panjshir for just over four years and one of his main focuses has been to provide schools where the children and the prospective teachers of his province can learn.
