Rear Adm. Nora W. Tyson, commander, Logistics Group Western Pacific, congratulates the headmaster of the Sekolah Kebangsaan Kijal Elementary School in Kemaman after a ribbon cutting ceremony opening a new assembly building jointly constructed by a detachment of U.S. Navy Seabees from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 133 and an element of the 91st Royal Malaysian Army Construction Regiment during Cooperation Afloat Readiness And Training 2008. CARAT is an annual series of bilateral maritime training exercises between the United States and several Southeast Asian nations designed to build relationships and enhance operational readiness.
