Iraqi Brig. Gen. Latif Mohammed, Rusafa district police commander, cuts the main ribbon to officially bring electricity to Muhalla 125 residents in eastern Baghdad via two of three micro-power generators, July 24. Mohammed and Abass Hassan Hamud, neighborhood council chairman for Muhalla 125, were two of the dignitaries present to help usher in a new age of readily available electricity for area residents. Other area leaders and U.S. Army leaders from 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division (Light), Multi-National Division ? Baghdad were on hand mark the occasion and cut five other ribbons to celebrate the event.
