Pineville, S.C. native, Lt. Col. Joseph Blanding, commander, 330th Movement Control Battalion, speaks about the importance of his battalion's upcoming mission during a transfer of authority ceremony Nov. 18 at Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan. Blanding’s battalion assumed its mission from the 39th Joint Movement Control Battalion.
