MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. - A Marine attending the Prescout Sniper Course with 1st Marine Division Schools camouflages his rifle with the surrounding foliage during a stalking exercise here, Nov. 20, 2013 The Marines moved silently and cautiously toward a mock objective, using their surroundings as camouflage. The teachers searched for their students and sent them back to the start point when caught. This emphasized the importance of staying low to the ground and out of sight.
