Chaplain Maj. Alwyn. S. Albano, former director of the Religious Retreat Center, signs a document stating the transfer of RRC bell during the decommissioning ceremony of RRC, Nov. 21. The functions and community services of the RRC have relocated to the South Post Chapel on U.S. Army Garrison Yongsan, to continue serving the community members as it has for the past 58 years.
