Flamingo Cay, Bahama (Apr. 27)--Coast Guard officers from Air Station Clearwater, Fla. assist one of the 68 igrants who were medically evacuated from Flamingo Cay Apr. 27 The migrants were suffering from dehydration and exposure. Some of the migrants were also suffering from kidney failure. The Coast Guard and the Bahamian Government continue to coordinate efforts to rescue over 300 migrants stranded on Flamingo Cay after their boat grounded nearly a week ago.
