    PORTSMOUTH, Va. (NOV. 19)--The month of November is National American Indian and Alaska Native Heritage Month, and this year's theme is, "UNITING ALL NATIONS TOGETHER AS ONE." The Coast Guard in Hampton Roads, Va., sponsored a special event on the 19th at their Integrated Support Command in Portsmouth. The event featured music and dance performances by Dr. Red Hawk. Red Hawk is an enrolled Cherokee Indian, Co-founder of the United Indian Nation, Inc., and the current Chief of the Bird-band for the American Cherokee Confederacy of Georgia.
