VALDEZ, Ak. (Nov. 21)--Gakona Public School in Valdez was the recipent of 23 used computers courtesy of Coast Guard Marine Safety Office Valdez, Alaska. Because fo very limiting property regulations, most excess government property is either put into storage for possible use elsewhere in the government or destroyed and thrown away.
