    Mobile, AL (May 1)-A member of the Pacific Area Tactical Law Enforcement Team display weapon gear that is used during boardings. This member along with others are preparing to conduct training in the vertical insertion technique. The vertical insertion (fast-roping) technique is a proven and effective method for boarding non-compliant vessels or vessels in adverse weather.
