Mobile, AL (May 1)--Coast Guard members of the Pacific Area Tactical Law Enforcement Team conducts training in the vertical insertion technique. The vertical insertion (fast-roping) technique is a proven and effective method for boarding non-compliant vessels or vessels in adverse weather.
