SAN DIEGO, Calif. (Mar. 14)--Helmut Bernard Quante is attended to by medics after being airlifted by the Coast Guard to Base San Diego. Quante, the 64-year-old passenger on the sailing vessel Tango, call in stating he was suffering from a severe pinched nerve in his back and was starting to lose feeling in his legs. The Tango was anchored off of Bahio Rasario about 180 miles south of San Diego. USCG PA2 CC Clayton
