GUANTANAMO BAY, Cuba (Mar. 3)--Reserve Petty Officer 2nd Class Timothy Frazier, a member of Ft. Eustis, Va.-based Port Security Unit 305 stands duty outside the Navy Fleet Hospital in Cuba. Detainees from the war in Afghanistan are treated at the hospital.
