CAPE MAY, New Jersey (June 24)--Adm. Thomas H. Collins, Commandant of the Coast Guard speaks to recruits from company J-132 at recruit Training Center Cape May. Company J-132 is in their 3rd week of recruit training and is Admiral Collins sponsor company. Collins plans on visiting them again in about three weeks to check on their progress.
