AT SEA (July 2)--Third Class Kimberly M. Wilson is aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Barque Eagle during its 2002 summer sail. As 3/c cadet she will fill crew positions of junior enlisted persons, such as helm watches at the huge wooded wheels used to steer the vessel.
