Maintenance technicians from 1st Squadron, 17th Cavalry, Task Force Liberty, worked on an OH-58D Kiowa engine, swapping parts from a damaged engine to a fresh engine. The crew was in the process of changing the engine after the aircraft was hit by enemy fire and damaged as a result.
