NORTH ARABIAN GULF (April 19, 2003) --Seaman Ryan J. Smith and Seaman Bruce Hogan, of the Coast Guard Cutter Walnut, homeported in Honolulu, Hi., move chain on the buoy deck of the Walnut April 18, 2003 in the North Arabian Gulf. The chain will be used to anchor Iraqi buoys in the Khawr Abd Allah river to aid navigation for ships bringing humantarian aid to the people of Iraq. USCG photo by PA1 Tom Sperduto
