UMM QASR, Iraq (May 5, 2003) -- Bags of long grain rice are offloaded from a civilian cargo ship in the Iraqi port of Umm Qasr. The rice is a portion of a shipment of humanitarian aid provided by the government of the United States to the people of Iraq.
