COAST GUARD ACADEMY, NEW LONDON, CONN. (Aug. 19) --- Company Commanders from Coast Guard Training Center in Cape May, N.J. are part of the official party for the Shoulderboard Ceremony. Swabs march in a regimental review for the shoulderboard ceremony held on Washington Parade Field .
