LONG BEACH, Calif. (Oct. 22, 2003)--Petty Officer 1st Class Michael Boyle and bomb sniffing dog Dusty inspect a container and truck for explosives as part of the annual Multi-Agency Strike Force Operation in Long Beach Harbor Oct. 21-23, 2003. Over 300 containers and trucks were inspected by the Coast Guard, local police departments, and the California Air Resource Board, to ensure compliance with various federal, state and local regulations.
