    KODIAK, Alaska (Mar. 1, 2003)--The Coast Guard Cutter Spar sits in a cradle at a dry-dock facility in Seward. The cutter is in drydock for a regularly scheduled maintenance period. The crew is taking advantage of the downtime to attend additional coast Guard training, work on advancement programs and spend time with families.
