NEW YORK, New York (Apr. 22, 2004)--Coast Guard Machinery Technician 1st Class Simon Sandoval, 32, of Tucumcari, N.M., provides security for the Queen Mary II, the largest cruise ship in the world, as she transits New York Harbor on her maiden voyage April 22, 2004.
