Caribbean Sea (July, 12, 2004) -- Seaman Rob Hamilton struggles to get a Domican Republic migrant onboard the Coast Guard Cutter Venturous. The migrant was spotted and rescued by the Coast Guard during an extensive search for survivors prompted by the capsizing of a vessel carrying approximately 30 migrants.
