(Aug. 6, 2004)--U.S. Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer David Mauldin, an inspector with Coast Guard Marine Safety Office Houston, conducts a security inspection Aug. 6 of the Industrial Champ, a heavy lift vessel owned by Intermarine, Inc., of New Orleans.
