NEW YORK (July 2, 2004) Boatswainsmate 2nd Class Nathan Purinton, 29, of Durham, Maine, fills out an operating without running lights citation as BM3 Clayton Stout, 24, of Lewiston, Idaho, stays fixed on thier subject in the distance July 2, 2004.
