BOSTON, Mass. (May 13, 2005)--Coast Guard Capt. Mark Landry, first district Chief of Operations, presents a certificate of merit and Coast Guard coin to Capt. Srdjan Tolja today on the bridge of the tanker vessel Sakura Express. Tolja, master of the Sakura Express, and his crew aided the Coast Guard by rescuing Lochlin Reidy, a sailor who spent over 20 hours in the Atlantic Ocean after being tossed overboard from his sailboat.
