TOKYO (May 28, 2005)--US Coast Guard Academy cadets (left to right) James Reily, Emily Hartmann and Amanda Deis, all in the midst of their summer cruise aboard the CGC Jarvis, enjoy a ride on the bridge of the Japan Coast Guard ship PL31 IZU as it makes its way to the site of JCG's annual Sea Review and Comprehensive Drill. The event is JCG's opportunity to demonstrate their capabilities each year to the public, as well as the Japan Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
