BOSTON (Dec. 23, 2003)A crew from Coast Guard Station Boston patrols the Boston waterfront today. With the increase in homeland security alert level to orange (high), the Coast Guard is increasing security in Boston with more patrols by aircraft, boats and cutters. PA3 Andrew Shinn.
