KODIAK, Alaska (Jan. 16, 2006) Coast Guard Petty Officer Joseph Lovette, Lt. j.g. Meaghan Mercer and Petty Officer Mark Cobb discuss plans for conducting at sea boardings of fishing vessels taking part in the Kodiak Tanner Crab fishery. Mercer and Cobb are members of the Coast Guard cutter Sycamore's boarding team. Lovette is a member of Coast Guard Marine Safety Detachment Kodiak.
